Dog-Loving Author & Canine Grieve Grr-eat Loss

By The Writing Gourmet,

A Tribute to Seth,
our beloved Brittany with a fun-loving spirit that
Simon and I miss dearly and
will always cherish

I hold it true, whate'er befall;
I feel it, when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all.

--Alfred Lord Tennyson's

    P. 7 ... Today, was the first day I left my other Britt, Simon. We're coping, sad. I went swimming. Locals read the piece and gave me their sympathy...I felt embraced by the community. Moved.

  2. The other night while working the psychic networks, I turned on City of Angels. That did it. Signed off and watched the tearjerker-the film with character "Seth" whom I named my beloved dog after. So sad. I hope we can bring a new life into our home sooner than later.
    This is a huge loss and is affecting both my Simon and me. The loss of Seth has torn my heart and spirit. Part of me is gone...the tears flow every day.

  3. It's not getting easier. Seth is still on my mind and the loss fill my home. On the quest for a new dog is challenging and I pray that we can bring new life into the household this month. This is a difficult time to say the least. I miss my Seth so much that I'm at a loss for words.
